How to request a refund

You can make your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and be reimbursed completely.
Complete the Online Return Procedure by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders". Click on the "Perform Return" button located next to your order number, and follow the instructions displayed until the correct registration of the return;
Print the Return Form, and enter it inside the package. On the Return Form, circle the "Refund" option;

Please note that, as an integral part of Zerogrey's return policy, all refunds will be granted free of charge to the original purchaser. However, the cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. The customer will be refunded the value of the returned product/s only.

Refund procedure

This online shop operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Euro zone, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed.
IMPORTANT: Returned products that were paid for via national bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer. To allow us proceed with the refund you will have to insert your bank details directly into the Return form.

Time to refund

We remind you that your refund will only be issued after  approval by our Quality Control team. It's our way to make sure you're always satisfied with your purchases on Design by water by Mariner Rubinetterie srl. Please note that it may take about three weeks between the date you send back the item and the date on which we confirm you if the return has been accepted. Please  note that, for orders paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement.
