Return Policy

If you have changed idea, you can return a product within 30 days from delivery. We remind you that your refund will be issued after  the evaluation by  our quality control team. Between the date you return the item and the one in which we will confirm if the return has been accepted, it may take about three weeks.
The returned products must not have been used and / or altered in any way and must be packed in their original packaging.
It is mandatory to complete the Online Return Procedure (see the section "How to make a return" for further details).
Returns are accepted for the following product categories:

-Taps
-Shower
-Furnishing

The remaining categories include items made to measure and / or customized, so they can not be returned unless production defects or damage due to transport.

It is also not possible at the moment to make changes.

Return shipping expenses

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. However, Blumarine online store will pay to ship the new product/s to you, as soon as your return will have been received and processed by our warehouse.
